The 16” Sand Blasted Clear Glass Plaque is the standard plaque for WELL certified buildings. The year and level of your certification and the WELL logo is sand blasted on the front of the glass. These plaques feature beautiful depth and shadow as a result of the sand blasting process. This plaque is shown wall-mounted with our brushed aluminum Type B brackets, sold separately. You may also use our brushed aluminum stand to display the plaque on a table or desktop. All hardware may be purchased in the HARDWARE section.
